What is Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric?

Solution-dyed polyester fabric is polyester fabric that has been dyed during the fiber production process, rather than after the fabric has been woven or knitted. In the solution dyeing process, color pigments are added to the molten polyester polymer before it is extruded into fibers. These colored fibers are then spun into yarns and woven or knitted into fabric.
